Rules and Policies

CHECK IN - 2:00 pm. CHECK OUT - 12:00 pm. No arrivals after 7 pm or dark without prior approval. One site= 2 Adults. Quiet Hours: 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. Respect your neighbors.

VEHICLES: Two vehicles per site maximum. No vehicles over six wheels unless approved in writing. Extra vehicles are subject to a minimum $50.00 fee and must be parked in a designated area. No untagged or disabled/unregistered/improperly registered vehicle is allowed anywhere on the property. The speed limit in the RV Park is 5 mph.

PETS: Pets on a leash are welcome. Please clean up after your pet immediately. No pets on tie outs allowed. No guest pets allowed. No aggressive breed dogs are allowed including Pit Bulls/ Pit mixes. Owners will be asked to remove noisy or dangerous pets. Guests who refuse to pick up after their pets waste will be charged a $ 50.00 clean up fee.

HOOKUPS: Tenant responsible for all hookups of water, sewer, power, leaks in lines, spillage, etc. From November 1 through March 31, heated hoses must be applied to your unit’s water line. No refunds are issued for frozen water lines during freezing weather. If your unit is unoccupied for any length of time, please turn off the water at the spigot. Collars or dough-nuts must be on all sewer connections. Campers without holding tanks or RV style toilets are prohibited. Dispose of greywater in sewer hookup. Please do not put sanitary napkins, tampons, diapers, toothpicks, straws, wipes of any kind, or paper towels through the sewer. Failure to pay rent or power upon due date may result in power and water access being terminated. NO: nudity, drugs, fireworks, firearms, trampolines, solicitation, loud radios, clotheslines, open flames (gas or wood), outside gas/electric heaters, outside refrigerators, outside freezers, window a/c units, tents or tent sleepers. No bushes, trees, flowers are to be planted in the ground. No golf carts or ATVs are to be driven in the park except by management. No flags other than the American Flag are to be displayed on sites.

SITES: All campers and motor homes must be in good condition. Guests are responsible to keep his/her site clean of debris and trash. Guests are responsible for their children and guests' behavior. One table provided by guest is allowed per site. No guest is permitted to rent out his/her unit while it is located in the park. Any items left at your site or on the property after departure will become the property of the park. Drink alcoholic beverages at your site only and out of site. Anyone intoxicated will be asked to leave the park. No Permanent Residence. No mailboxes are available at the RV Park. Please retain a PO box for your mail. RVs older than 10 years must be approved for a monthly site.

GENERAL RULES AND POLICIES: Owner and management are not responsible for accidents to persons or to belongings. No refunds for early departure, mandatory departures, or cancellations. There is a $10.00 per day late fee for past due balances. The owner and management of the park absolve themselves of all liabilities and responsibilities pertaining to loss by fires, theft, accident, personal injury, or any other cause occurring in any area of the park. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site and for any/all damage to the park. In the event of emergency pertaining to the above, please call 911 FIRST to report the emergency, then call the park manager when it is safe to do so. Our rules are strictly enforced. Failure to comply with these rules will result in your being asked to leave the park with no refund. Management reserves the right to make changes to the rules, regulations, and fees when necessary. Any violation of local, state, or federal law will result in immediate removal from the park grounds without a refund. A 2.9% convenience fee will be charged for credit card payments made for monthly rated sites. This fee will be added to the next month's invoice. This fee will not apply to the 1st payment made to set up the reservation. Payments can be made at no cost by cash or ACH transfer.
